It's been so long

I really have knitted since March. I was offline for several months. I have to borrow my mom's camera since my cord to my camera AND my photo card have disappeared. I finished a cardigan for Savanna and two hats for the girls. I'm sure there is more, I just don't remember it off the top of my head. I am also working on a really cute cupcake tea set for Mady for Christmas. I will post pics as soon as I can.

I just finished my first pair of picky capri's! All I need is my model to wake up so I can take pics of them on her. I also need to find my camera since pics with the cell phone aren't as great.

Here are pics of my ball of yarn in the magic yarn ball swap. It's so soft! And pretty! And soft! and so girly! Did I mention it's soft? It's Pattons SWS. I totally love it!!!!! There are some DPN's (I'm very afraid after my disasterous attempt to use some a few nights ago), a very pretty silk flower, lots of chocolate, a pretty flower cube with a clip on the end to hold a piece of paper or a pic. Chapstick, a car, and stickers for the kids. A little notepad for me. I feel like I'm forgetting something. Oh, I'm so excited! I can't wait to use my lovely yarn!!!!

My finished bag!

I finished my bag today! I love it! I can't wait to start using it! My 21 month old, Madalyn wanted to be in the picutres, too.

I felted!

Here is a pic of my Booga Bag while it's still drying. I added a pocket on the inside and it's the only part that isn't fully dry. I think I felted it one too many times. I liked the size the

third time I ran it through, but thought i wanted one side a bit more felted, so I did it again. It came out a bit shorter than I wanted, but it's still good. And I love it!!!!!

baby hat

I made this for the baby shower I went to. I really like how it turned out. It's crocheted. It took less than 30 minutes to finish. I have already had several requests for some.

wash cloths

The gaitor

So I pulled an old unfinished project out of my box to finish tonight. We are having some pretty nasty icy weather and one of our missionaries was tracting without a scarf. I had started this for dh, but then never finished it. So I added a few more rows, enough to cover his neck and finished it. I didn't have time to add everything else that was supposed to be on it. So here is a pic.

Too many things

I have WAY too many works in progress. I'm going to have to limit myself. I'm going to I think finish the scarf for my sister and then finish the vest for my son. Or maybe do that the other way around. I need to decide if I am going to finish the gaitor I started for dh. He probably doesn't need it know, so I might just rip it all out. My sister wants me to make a scarf for her best friend. That's no big deal, it's 5 stitches wide on size 35 needles. Takes less than an hour. Then I have two baby blankets, one knit, one crochet for babies at church due this spring. Then after I finally get caught up I'm going to limit myself to finishing one project before I start another. Oh, I do have another knit blanket OTN, but it's not for anyone, just wanted to try the pattern.
